Al-Takhasoussy Bridge in Riyadh, KSA
Al Takhasoussy Bridge lies in the intersection of Al Emam Soud road and underpass of Al Takhasoussy Road in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a total length of about 700m. Two roadway bridges are constructed divided into 5 parts, the approaches are reinforced earth system of length about 150m each, the other 3 parts are pre-stressed cast in-situ box section with spans ranges from about 45.00m to 64.00m. The middle part constructed on a shuttering truss to avoid the load of the bridge on the underpass. The middle part contains an arch (above 64.00m span) at each bridge edge anchored on the deck, with steel hangers and braced by cables. The bridge width is 2*13.00m.
